Good value for money. Breakfast is amazing and location is super good. Even it is closed to the main road. It was quiet.

This was a great hotel. Right next to a train station. Room was big compared to other hotels we have stayed in around Japan. They have thought of everything a traveller may need. Lots of charging ports. The TV displays how busy the laundry and public bath is so no time wasting going to use them. The beds were super comfortable. Room and facilities were spotless. Ice machine every second floor. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and the location was excellent! The station is right across the street and Nijo castle is walking distance.

Conveniently located across from Nijo station and transportation. Majority of facilities at the hotel are easily accessible to guests. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great location near Nijo station, clean spacious room with big bathroom, quiet despite being on a main road, nice onsen area, good quality toiletries, helpful staff.

Very nice clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and it was nice that they had coffee and water available at all times. The only drawback of the hotel is it's removed from downtown Kyoto and where things are happening. It's a 25 min walk or subway ride to get to where things are happening in Kyoto.

We stayed at 4 hotels in Japan, I would say this is the best one from the perspective of: - Good location (3mins away from Nijo Station & Local Bus Station) - Good facilities (equipped with public artificial hot spring, and laundry) - Good room condition (all are new and cosy, room is the biggest among the rest) - Staffs (Friendly & helpful, know a little bit of English)
