MT “Nice hotel but at a noisy intersection and hard bed”

Friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean and quite spacious room by Japan standards (supposedly 39sqm but I would think closer to 29sqm). A bathtub larger than usual for a nice bath. Microwave for common use at the front desk, drinking water fountain for common use at each floor, 2 washers and 2 dryers for a fee (300 per wash and 100 per dryer run, but I didn't use them). I had asked twice before arrival how to reach the hotel from different locations and both times they replied quickly and very detailed. Some 600m from nearest subway station, a quick walk.

Loved the location (10 min walk from 2 different stations), friendliness of staff and proximity to Fushimi Inari.

Originally I thought this hotel was a little out of the way. But I was wrong. 5min walk to JuJo and Tenjingawa stations. 10min walk to Fushimi Inari temple. Room was excellent and huge. Staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was delicious but maybe a little too fancy for me. Haha A couple of ramen restaurants very close which were sensational and helpful with English menus. Did I mention the amazing staff? Helped with broken suitcase disposal and luggage forwarding. Always smiling and ready to help.

The location may not be central but I knew it when I booked this place. It is nearby the Kamo River and that I had many long walks by the river which I enjoyed. The room is spacious with a King sized bed with a comfy mattress and pillows. I asked for a quieter room and they fulfilled it. I didn't get the package with breakfast but I paid for the 1,000 yen breakfast (drinks and three pastries) on one of the mornings and the pastries were delicious. The full breakfast is 3,000 yen if not mistaken. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The housekeeping was impeccable. There is a Family Mart just a few hundred metres away.

although it's slightly out of the main town, the bus stops are very close. so it easy 2 come and go.

It felt very luxurious and the breakfast was 11/10. The front desk staff were so helpful and enjoyed interacting with them.

Hotel reception was inviting , hotel cleaners done a very great job and everyone is all welcoming especially the rooftop bar :)
