The room was comfortable, the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly, the location was definetly the best possible as it is right besides the Gojo station and in walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. Would definetly stay again sometime.

Really easy to get to and extremely close to train station. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Great information in foyer about tourist attractions with QR codes to scan to give information about how to get there.

The hotel is good value for money. I stayed in the twin room which was spacious for a solo traveller. The toilet and shower facilities were were clean throughout the stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right in front of the entrance to the subway line and is just 1km from Kyoto station. Lots of restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Great experience! The futons were quite comfortable, the hotel was super clean, and the shared bathrooms were great, even though showers were only on one floor. But the cleaning was spotless, with free amenities, free room wear, and nice staff. Great Wifi! Also luggage storage was free :) 20 mins walk from Kyoto's old town, very close to the metro and train station. Would definitely recommend it!

All staff are friendly, i love that homewear is provided, clean bathroom and bedroom, 1min walk to station, many restaurant nearby.
