Check-in was very easy, staff super friendly. Only time I saw any staff waa when I checked in but if you needed them all you had to do is ring the bell at the front desk. Really liked how it was keyless entry into the lift area & into your room. Room was a really good size & really liked how it had a normal size fridge & freezer. Also liked that the room had a microwave. The hotel is close to supermarkets & also close to the train station. It was really nice that check out was not until 11am, didn’t feel rushed. Hotel was very quiet which is a good thing. If you are wanting to stay somewhere outside of the main city, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was wonderful staying at this place. Everything was good. It may seem not to have exceptional crazy features, but everything was clean, tidy. It is very worth it. Everything above average.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, as well as clean. Had laundry facilities too. Simple but perfect for a place to stay. Close to Nijo station, with eateries, attractions & shopping within walking distance.

This hotel is in a great position - 3 mins from Nijo Train Station and close to a range of restaurants. It is very well run - the staff I encountered when checking in and usung the laundromat were friendly and very helpful. Best of all you can open the window so not always enclosed in artificial air. Highly recommended from a solo traveller.

the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. the room is much bigger than average japanese hotel rooms. everything is clean and the location very well and next to a train station. i’m coming to japan every year and will book again. highly recommend.

good location 2 min walking from Train station. The people in reception were really kind and helpful! they make the difference! it was very clean and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. I liked having a balcony. I felt very comfy here!

The location is good, not too crowded and very close to Nijo Station. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful as well.
