We had a garden room and it was wow! Also the beds were the most comfortable we had throughout our stay in Japan. It was really easy to get around.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. It was clean every where. Room was superb, comfortable large bed, all necessary suppled in the room. Beyond expectations. Onsen was excellent. Relaxing. Breakfast had a fantastic choices.

The food and service at the restaurant was the best. The service was particularly outstanding, superior! I have worked for the hotel Okura in Tokyo and know about excellent service. That at Solaria was on par with the Okura. The absolute best of the hotel was the incredible staff of the restaurant. Perfect service *****.
