Reception was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for the four of us. My daughters appreciated the complimentary items (hair ties, toothbrushes/toothpaste/hair brushes etc). Location was close to the main road so easy to get to the bus stop and train station.

Friendly staff allowed us to enter the room earlier. Clean room with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Nice stuff, you will find anything you might need here. It is on a more of affordable side nevertheless, still very good quality.

Located in a quiet residential area, but with some lovely eateries within walking distance. Very clean, very spacious and it has all the amenities you could want. Finding a good breakfast nearby was a challenge, but definitely recommended for longer stays. The coin laundry around the corner was really good as well and very efficient. Plus the showers were really powerful and refreshing!

very friendly and helpfull staff , well located from the heart of shirakawa-go ( 10 min walk ) , free parking , very clean shared bathroom , confortable thick futon .
