Guests cannot enter their room during this time.The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in via credit card or cash (in Japanese Yen).Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.Please note only staying guests are permitted entry into the guest room floor. Staying guests who lead non-staying persons into the guest room floor or any guest room will be immediately evicted from the property.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. They have western style small rooms with all amenities provided. The staff is very friendly and the location is within walking distance from a lot of nice places in Kyoto.

It’s a good experience to sleep at traditional Japanese home kind of room. I booked a single room with private bathroom, comes with a closed balcony. Good location with train and bus station nearby. Convenient stores and some restaurants too. I would recommend to my friend who are going to Kyoto.

The traditional Japanese inn gives you a touch of Japanese culture and lifestyle. Perfect to stay in old capital Kyoto. Additionally, it's located just less than 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station - the central transportation hub of the city. I can't ask for more.

The staff here were the most attentive. The decor is retro but so unbelievably well kept and clean! Such a well looked after place and a pleasure to stay there. The futons were super comfy and we both had the best night sleep. Good location for getting round Kyoto and very near the JR station so convenient for onwards travel!

Staff and overall environment was lovely. It seems family run. Location was great, quiet side street easily walkable to the station. First time I stayed in a Japanese-style room and it was really cool! I actually preferred sleeping on the floor, good mixture of firmness with a soft mattress. Quiet room and area, I think due to the type of guest choosing to stay here and their no kids policy (if only my flight here had such a policy).

Super cute ryokan style stay in Kyoto. Close to the station. Comfortable futon style bed and clean/roomy bathroom! Loved it!
