We stayed here for a week and I am so glad we did. It is a great location. The staff are wonderful and it was so good to have a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in while exploring Kyoto. I would return to stay in without question.

The location was so central in Kyoto, the room was clean and there were loads of good amenities. The staff were incredible- we wanted to say a huge thanks to Yuka who promptly found some important tickets we had left in our room, and mailed them to our next hotel. Because of her care we were able to attend the event, and it really made our trip!

Great location, short taxi ride from main station or short walk from metro. Lots to see within walking distance. Room very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and a nice hot shower.

This is a very charming small hotel with a traditional Japanese feel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and very comfortable. The strret was quiet. Walkng distance to many majors sites and bus route. No breakfast but close to a good café. Higly recommended, and we would behappt to stay there again.

The hotel was in an incredible location, only a 10 minutes walk from the Kiyomizu-deru temple! A lot of activities surrounding the hotel such as tea ceremony, kimono hires, restaurants and bars. It was also close to convenient stores which was great for breakfast and snacks. Beautiful room with everything you needed and nice complementary items included.

Very well located next to Gion corner and less than 10 min walk to the subway station that will take you directly to some of the main landmarks. While close to some of the more interesting neighborhoods of Kyoto, the hotel was located in a quiet street which made it all the more relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and serene. The hotel helped us organize our luggage delivery to Tokyo which was highly convenient.
