The staff were super friendly, the hotel was easily accessible to most parts of Kyoto and was only a short walk to the main station. The room was well sized with good amenities and was in general a lovely place to stay in Kyoto! The available extras in the hotel lobby were also very handy and were consistently restocked. Had both a shower and bath, in the form of a wet room. The toilet is separate as well as the sink, allowing for more efficient usage of both. Everything was clearly labelled with instructions of use, so easily to understand and operate. The room was clean and tidy, with the cleaning staff leaving our room in lovely condition and respecting items we had left out between cleans.

The room was incredibly spacious and they left us a lovely welcome for our honeymoon! Staff were friendly and the bed was very comfy!

Nice comfortable room. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. There's a washing machine and water dispenser at second floor which is convenient.

Really nice place. Good location, we used buses for transport as stops are nearby, convenience stores close by. Very clean and even though reception is closed during nights, you still have access to the thing you might need, like towels, toothbrushes etc. they are located just by the elevator. Smoking area available on the ground floor.

Double bed room was large and very comfortable! Separate area for toilet, shower and sink! Bed was comfy and facility was quiet !

Excellent value, this hotel had the biggest room we had across the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip, while it missed other perks we had in other hotels like an onsen or dining area, it was perfectly located and had all we needed (laundry facilities, water machine, water machine…) and the service was excellent.
