Convenient, clean and considerate. All you could need in a simple and unassuming way. Eg free laundry, shared kitchen facility.

1. Spacious room and large bathroom cum toilet area. 2. Convenient to have washing machine (dryer is in common area). 3. Within walking distance from major train station. 4. Common lounge area where we can chill and ate snacks outside our room. 5. Convenient stores nearby

Location was excellent, in a quiet side street, but only 15 minutes walk to Kyoto Station, lots of restaurants, 7/11, Lawsons, nearby. Bonus was the shared dining/kitchen area, and the free use of washers and dryers. Rooms not serviced during the stay, but that was not a problem for me. Secure entry and ability to store luggage after checkout

Great location under ten minutes' walk from the station, but nice and quiet. Washing machine and kitchenette in our room and also washers and dryers downstairs, and a nice common area with kitchen and lounge. Luggage storage before and after stay.

Location was great, easy walk to the main train station, a bus stop around the corner and it was located on a really quiet street, Facilities were great, free laundry, large kitchen and good size rooms with a proper bathroom.

- Great location, walking distance to JR Kyoto Station (about 5 to 7 minute walk) - Room was clean and had sufficient space for 4 pax - Good amenities within the room, had an induction hob, and complete cookware in the room
