Location is quite convenient and there's 7-11 just next to the hotel. Room was clean and everything is just in the right place with ingenuity. Though no clean service is provided for the guest who stay over two nights, it was not big problem since the clean towels were available.

I LOVED it there!!! It was so beautiful and the bed was so big and cozy. The toilets were also high-tech and were also amazing! I really loved how near it was to the train station and all the sightseeing areas. I will definitely book this hotel again if I visit Kyoto!

Walking distance to Kyoto station. Close to restaurants and 7 eleven store. The staff were very nice and room cleaning was very good. Had always water and apple juice available for guests.

Breakfast is great here. My favorite choice is make-yourself-sushi wrap. Fresh dried seaweed papers, varieties of seafoods. My husband kept eating fresh vegetables. Daughter enjoyed yogurt and sweets!

Great location, near Kyoto station. (Great for doing day trips.) Excellent service and breakfast buffet was amazing. Umbrellas provided was handy. Very good location near neighbourhood restaurants.
