Please remember to print out a map to the property.Reservations with invalid credit cards may be cancelled by the property, if the guests fail to provide another valid credit card information within 24 hours after notification.Please contact the hostel about the cancellation policy if you are booking for a group of 10 people or more. The property may not be able to accommodate a booking by the same person for more than 20 people.Please note that the maximum occupancy of the double and twin rooms includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Unfortunately, would not stay again. I would say that the hostel was a bit out of the main things to do in Kyoto, it is less than 10 min walk to the train station however sometimes the train didn’t go to where we wanted to go / would have to still walk quite a bit anyway with taking the train. But, the main reason I wouldn’t stay again were the showers, 1) the showers were downstairs on the ground floor near the kitchen, which wasn’t convenient 2) the showers were similar to those you get on the beach, you had to push the button for the shower to work, and once pressed the shower would stay on for 20 seconds before turning off. Although I understand saving water etc, it was really annoying to have to keep pressing the button every 20 seconds. This was something that only bothered me and not my partner though, so might also not bother others. The private bedroom itself was fine, small but had a mirror and sink. The tv was nice, but only had Japanese TV channels, so wasn’t able to watch anything.

Nice kitchen with toaster oven, microwave and rice cooker. Nice crockery and cutlery. Free tea and coffee all day. Fridge for food. Three mac computers. Happy hour certain days. Location couldn’t be better at 5 mins from Kyoto station. The whole place was spotless.

Modern style hostel, small room, but comfortable and clean. Shared bathrooms located on every floor and a shower located on the ground floor, but it wasn't a problem. Dyson hair dryer provided is top.Close to Kyoto station. Highly recommend

Perfect location near the station. Beds were super comfortable. Possibility to take a new towel / extra pillow whenever needed. Room size on the smaller end but enough for two.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at! I was excited to stay here after looking at all of the great reviews and it didn't disappoint. Super clean, modern and a short walk to Kyoto station. A huge plus is that after a long travel day you don't have to worry about making your bed because they do it for you and the towels come at no extra cost!

Cleanest hostel we’ve ever stayed in! Great communal showers and bathroom areas (amazing Dyson hairdryers). Few minutes walk from the main station and about 20 minutes on a bus/metro to the main area of restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great staff, location and cleanliness. The beds are very comfortable and spacious. The showers are great, although on the bottom floor but this didn't really bother me; maybe it would if you were staying for a longer time
