What an amazing hotel. If you’re after a little luxury, then this is the place to stay. Rooms are stunning, clean towels every day and so much space. Great area. A little upmarket, with little boutique shops and restaurants to die for.

This hotel had a very comfortable room and great location. There was not much in the way of extra facilities except for some free saki in the small lobby area, but the room had a beautiful wooden tub!

Travelled with family and a small child. The room was cosy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Free drinks and snacks available throughout the day from their lounge. The location is pretty good - many small eateries nearby and Nishiki market is down the road.

Great hotel conveniently located and quiet. Help available at the front desk when required. Sake bar was a great feature. Room was very nice with all the amenities.
