This was an amazing experience, from the beginning to the end I enjoyed my stay here. the room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable, the staff was very kind and helpful and both the dinner and breakfast were excellent.

The room was beautiful and we especially loved the cedar bathtub. Comfortable bed and lots of little items to enjoy, from yakutas to detox foot sheets :) The breakfast was traditional and delicious! Gorgeous settings and a garden in the middle. The staff was very helpful and kind. We loved every aspect of our stay here!

Extremely attentive staff and beautiful relaxing rooms. We slept amazingly and did not want to leave! The food was great, too; I just wish there was an option for a later breakfast.

The place was lovely and within walking distance of the nearest subway stations. The ambience of the room was perfect for relaxation and we were impressed with the sandalwood bath, which was spotlessly clean and gave off a very peaceful aroma when filled with water. The room was also very spacious for Japanese standards. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast was also very delicious. Highly recommended!
