the property is modern and clean. it almost feels no manned hotel, from checking in to out. very convenient location if you know the area, and the cost performance is excellent. at this price, I will come back again.

It was great that you could leave your luggage securely ( padlocks were provided) quiet location near some good cafes and restaurants

Location, just a few steps from a covered shopping street with great food and snack stops. Nijo JR stop, Nijo-jo, the imperial palace and Gion were an easy walk away. The room size was great, super clean and staff were helpful at check in.
