The hotel has a curfew at 24:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time.There is a public parking space near the property. Reservation is not possible.To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance.Guests must book a room rate based on the exact number of guests. Any extra guests may not be accommodated at the property.To eat breakfast at the hotel, a reservation must be made 2 days in advance. Only Japanese breakfast is available. Canceled breakfasts are not refunded.An extra bed may not be available, depending on the room size. Please make a request in advance. An extra bed consists of a set of Japanese futon bedding.Check-in is strictly from 16:00. Early check-in is not possible. Guests may leave their luggage at the reception before check-in.Luggage storage after check-out is available until 15:00 on the check-out date, and is subject to availability.Please note all guest rooms are smoking rooms; however, rooms can be deodorized upon request.Please note the property will not accept external reservation requests on behalf of guests.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Good: location outside Kyoto train station, very helpful staff (staff can speak some English), comfy futon cover, coffee/tea available all day

The staff were super nice and the location is just across Kyoto station so it's very convenient especially at night. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee roasters in walking distance. Futon was comfy and warm.

Extroardinary stay. The ryokan is easily accessible due to the proximity to Kyoto station and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Kyoto.

Loved staying here and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was amazing and they even accommodated for my sesame allergy, giving me separate dishes. The public bath was very nice and we used it on all our days there. I loved the face cleansers especially. One of the nights we accidentally left our bag in McDonald’s and the receptionist kindly phoned up for us and we managed to get it back. The room itself was comfortable and a very cool experience. Recommend.
