Perfect location near the famous Nishiki market. Friendly and helpful bilingual staff. Excellent facilities and beautiful presentation throughout the hotel.

Everything was better than I could've ever imagined! The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsen was beautiful. My stay had everything I'd hoped for and more.

Beautiful traditional hotel. We enjoyed a traditional Japanese room and the traditional breakfast. Great location, in an area full of boutiques and very close to the lively part of the city.

It was clean , authentic , service was good and the hot bath made it even better. Locations was also excellent easy walk to many great places including the market with so many food choices
