The most welcoming staff..we arrived last for the final shuttle bus which was full so the driver came back to collect us after he had finished! He was extremely kind! Comfortable,.old fashioned charm rooms with soothing music on the radio, lots of toiletries and a very deep bath and 3 large single beds. So comfortable plus comfy night gowns. Delicious Japanese breakfast and western breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Games room for children with a selection of Japanese candies for free. Great location and superb value for 2 nights.

Entrance and lobby were beautiful. Rooms were big and clean. Staff were very helpful. Location was not too bad. Close to Lawson and family mart. Buses and taxi were plentiful.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. We only stayed one night but were so impressed with the class of service, from doormen to restaurant staff. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant looks out on a beautiful Japanese garden. I would definitely come back.

The hotel was in an excellent location . The room was very small but had everything you could possibly want. A tiny compact room perfect for one person! There was a view out the window overlooking the Roppongi area in Tokyo. The bed was comfy and I loved how they left a bag on the door handle each night with a fresh towel and water. The used ones went back in the bag to be collected. I’d highly recommmend this hotel for a shortish stay

The hotel provides a half-hourly shuttle bus to Kyoto train station, which is very useful. Buffet breakfast is very good, with both Japanese and Western breakfast provided. Parking is available at a cost of 2,000 yen a day. We enjoyed our stay.
