This hotel was my favourite one for my whole Japan trip. The staff were excellent at communicating recommendations and helpful with directions. Nothing was too difficult or too much effort for them. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were modern and large. Great location too! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel which is very conveniently located to the main shopping street, great restaurants and Nishiki Markets. The subway station was only a short walk away. The staff were amazing, so friendly and eager to help with recommendations and bookings. Our room was enormous with a separate bathroom, toilet and zen garden on the floor below.

Fantastic location! Tucked away behind the Main Street, easy walk to everything. The family room was awesome! Spacious enough for a family of 4, the additional bathroom was a pleasant surprise. There’s a flight of stairs in the room that leads to a fully equipped bathroom and a separate toilet. Everything is super clean and comfortable and we had the best stay in Kyoto! Highly recommend!

Great location! Nice facility. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean with good amenities and big vs typical Japanese hotel. Bed was a bit too soft for my taste. But everything was excellent. I would stay there again and recommend.

Perfect stay in Kyoto. Cute boutique hotel. The staff go out of their way to help you with advice and reservations. The room Is large for Kyoto and super comfy beds. We had breakfast on our final day and it was delicious. Our best stay in Japan!

Staff was very nice and helped us to upgrade the room. The room is huge with a sofa and a big bathtub. Beds are Simmons branded and very comfortable. It helped me to get a very good sleep (as good as I had in Marriott Shirahama). They offered welcome drink and snack when we arrived. Room was very clean. The hotel is literally next to the station and bus stop, which made it easier to travel to attractions and shopping. The food places around the hotel opens till late night, so you can get supper for sure. Everything was so perfect, and we rated it as one of the best hotels during our 2 weeks stay in Japan.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the front desk attendant who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided us with great recommendations and answered all our questions with patience and a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
