Location was great. Hikaru at the front desk was really helpful and responsive. Although there was only a washer, the drying mechanism in the bathroom was really effective.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Great location next to Sanjo station and walking distance from sights such as Yasaka Shrine and neighbourhoods like Gion and Potoncho. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

Love it! Staff was helpful and accommodating. Already considering to coming back! Love the dryer function in the bathroom. Now I look for that in all of my stays in Japan.

Very well located near the Sanjo subway station and bridge. So very easy to move around. Clean comfortable beds, room a big tight if u have big suitcases but u get a kitchenet, fridge and microwave which is great if you are trying to save some $$ (you need to rent the kitchen appliances tho for JPY500. Great communication too when sending messages

Amazing location, right near the entrance to the train station. Grocery store was right around the corner. Also near the river, which is a restaurant hot spot!
