Friendly staff, reasonably good location, 7-11 nearby, comfortable bed, clean, microwave room for common use. Nice breakfast for Y1470 (choice between Western and Japanese version, I tried the latter and it was good, although not much in quantity), looking at a lovely stone garden.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is nice to have an onsen in the hotel. The personnel is very kind and always available. The hotel is next to the campus and several restaurants are nearby.

The Location was Ideal for me has my show was right next door. Before my shows I manage to walk round Kyoto Imperial Palace and grounds, well worth the visit

I arrived one hour before the Check-in time but they allowed to check-in earlier. The location is perfect near the imperial park and palace. I had a nice and clean room,and a good stay.

Room great Breakfast (we only had the Japanese option) was a little bit too similar day to day - actually very little variation. And when there was salmon - watch out for the bones.
