Express check in and out was very convenient - could do so prior to arrival to retrieve code for room. We stayed for 7 nights and the room was a good size for that long a stay. Staff always greeted us when we returned, and felt welcoming. After big days of exploring the city, it was great to come back to a quiet and homey room.

The stuff was very helpful, my husband lost his wedding ring in the sink in the evening and in the morning 2 plumbers came and retrieved it.

Location is great, easy to get to anywhere from here and there is a supermarket right across, pharmacy just down the road. Restaurants and cafes around. Quiet and nice neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were helpful guides and brochures as well. The room is modern and utilitarian. Good size for Japanese standards. Shower pressure was perfect. I liked not having to carry a card and use the door code. The sister Kabin hotel nearby was perfect to store our luggage after checkout.

Loved the shower and the keyless entry into the rooms. Good location, on a quiet street. Directly across from a little grocery store, very convenient.
