really nice facilities and this is just a normal townhouse with aged walls and structures. don't expect this to be a full service hotel. it was cold in Kyoto so the staff was able to warm the house up before our check in. they even have a Nespresso machine and pods! the hotel staff explained all the procedures and even gave advice on how to take the buses like a local.

Amazing! Great amenities. Fabulous bath. Probably my favorite place to stay, I wish we had spent more days there. Great instructions for how to use appliances so that was nice not to have to google translate everything. They provided alot of resources and maps and such. Super comfy bed. So much room. Ugh! Loved this place. Would totally stay here again!

It was a lovely stay in traditional Japanese style house. The house is very well equipped with instructions in English which is not that obvious in Japan.

Great layout for a group of family. We love to gather in the common room after baby slept to have a glass of sake. Very modern zen Japanese style, spacious room, spotlessly clean.

The house itself and the interior are beautiful, appliances are modern and comfortable in use, location is excellent, intructions were very clear, staff who welcomed us was friendly and very helpful, bedding was great! Overall a fantastic stay! Everyone in our group was blown away with the beauty and comfort of this house, would recommend!

Fantastic. The most beautiful apartment during our 2-week stay. Perfectly clean, beautiful interior design. The optional breakfast was brilliant. The staff was kind and helpful.
