Please note that some of the hotel's restaurants have a dress code, and some do not allow children under 10 years of age.The fitness centre is accessible only for adults ages 18 and above and an additional charge are required.The hotel's Welcome Lounge at Kyoto Station is located on the ground floor of the Cerema Building. It's open daily from 09:30 until 17:00, and accessible only to staying guests.Free shuttle locations and schedules:
- From the Welcome Lounge at Kyoto Station, the shuttle departs at the top (--:00) and bottom (--:30) of every hour between10:30 and 17:00, except at 12:30 and 15:00.
- From Hotel Okura Kyoto, the shuttle departs at --:05 and --:35 every hour between 10:05 and 16:35, except at 12:05 and 14:35.
Please note that the shuttle takes about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Staff will meet guests at the hotel lobby or the Welcome Lounge.The luggage delivery service operates as follows.
Luggage received by 14:00 at the Welcome Lounge, will arrive at the hotel by 17:00.
Luggage received by 11:00 at the hotel, will arrive at the Welcome Lounge on a requested time between 14:00 and 17:00.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

The breakfast is wonderful we love this hotel mainly for the breakfast. Some of the rooms may be getting slighly dated but it's very clean and comfortable. The staff are great. Everything was great. The main foyer is very nice too.

Warm and welcoming right from our arrival. Staff were courteous, professional and very helpful. Reception and concierge staff are fluent in English and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and helped with bookings.

This hotel is the Japanese old money couple often choose to live, the room is very spacious！ breakfast on the 17th floor, the whole face of the floor-to-ceiling Windows, facing the duck river, mountains, temples to eat breakfast, happy! There is a shuttle bus between Kyoto Okura Hotel and Kyoto Station, which runs every half an hour, very convenient!

The location is truly fantastic. It’s along the Kamo River which is beautiful. It’s walkable to Gion, and even to the Kiyomizu Temple. It’s directly above a train station which makes travelling super convenient.
