The best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, not only because of the incredible, beautiful, and comfortable room, but also because of the exceptional service from the hotel staff. It was our honeymoon, and without a doubt, one of the most beautiful memories we will have from our trip to Japan is this hotel. Thank you so much. We will always remember you. The hotel was lovely, in a great location - close to transport links - had lots of lovely restaurants nearby and remarkably quiet. The bath was a godsend after all the walking and sightseeing!

Nice staff who really explains well about the hotel and surroundings, and nice room condition The good thing was that the toilet and shower booth is separated. Breakfast is served from 8:40-10:30(not sure) but we asked for a bit earlier morning due to the rail, and the staff prepared breakfast 20mins earlier. +umbrella provided (I bought one earlier, but didn't need to use it because hotel provides it freely)

Very good location within walking distance from the station and close to the bus stops. We had a very nice and reasonably spacious room. The Muso has wonderful helpful staff and thank you in particular to Ryo for looking after us. The hotel is quiet but within an easy walk of restaurants and shops. A reasonable walk to Kawaramachi and Gojo to see some of the many highlights in Kyoto.

Booked this property after reading other guests reviews and experience exceeded expectations! Excellent in terms of room design, decor and furnishings. We were lucky enough to get upgraded into a very large room. Service was warm and friendly. Location was great in a quiet yet central area of the city.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, available by whatsapp for questions/recommendations. Very good location. The shower in the room was fantastic, amazing water pressure.

Wonderful hotel. WONDERFUL. Everything is just so very comfortable and very peaceful. Location is great. My room was spacious and cozy. The amenities & branded tea / coffee were very cool and felt luxurious. Thank you!

The manager and all staff were very welcoming, extremely kind, and helpful. We could communicate easily in English and the manager provided suggestions about restaurants to go to in the area. We tried them and they were all great. He also made reservations for us confirming with us via whatsapp once these were done. The staff organised the delivery of our main luggages to Tokyo and a taxi for us to go back to the train station. The room was very spacious, modern and came with a nespresso machine - fantastic coffee. The hotel is tucked away from the main road in a quiet location, but still only 10 minutes away from bars and restaurants, 15 minutes walking from Ponto-cho and Gion, very close to buses and 10 minutes from one of the subway stations. We could not have wished for more.
