Only few laundry machine available to accommodate the whole hotel customer so always big queue when doing it. Otherwise great location next to train station and plenty food and convenience stores around.

Location is good. While it is 3 kms from Kyoto station, we took a metro to Omiya station, and had to walk only 150 meters to reach this place. Easy access to metro & bus stations. Room was very clean and cozy. The staff is friendly. We stored our luggage for free since check in starts only around 3-4 pm.

Very clean, comfy and well equipped room. The staff is friendly. You can store your luggage for free. Good location for using the bus and nearby metro. Nice restaurants around.

The hotel is in a really good location , close to subway and bus stops as well, in a good neighbourhood. There is a spacious space to have breakfast on the ground floor, the staff is really nice and attentive. The hotel is clean, the rooms are more spacious than the average.

The reception staff are very good at English which is rare in Japan They were very nice We upgraded to a Japanese room with a special floor and low beds It was very comfortable and the room was beautiful and relaxing We really enjoyed the service and we got good value for the price Thank you

A quiet, clean and comfortable room in a central part of town, a stone’s throw to bus and train routes. Coffee available (for a small price) in the mornings was particularly welcome. Notably, the staff are extremely helpful and we were very grateful for their assistance.
