The rooms are big but you can't open the windows so it can get claustrophobic, the rooms could be more clean

The staffs were all really helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and I liked how comfortable the beds were. It's located about 20-25 minutes walk from Kyoto station, convenient to get in and out of Kyoto.

I appreciated that their problem solving skills were fast & efficient - I had a problem with my Air-con (noisy/rattling), Receptionist on duty immediately resolved the issue by allocating me a new room when I requested to move.

Great little hotel, the staff were fantastic and so helpful. We forgot our laptop computer and they were incredibly helpful and responsive in getting in posted to our next destination. The rooms are small but adequate

The surrounding area of the hotel is beautiful. It is located next to a stream which is clean and picturesque. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Beds were large, though it occupies most of the room. There's a section of the room for a desk and pantry. Staff were polite and responsive. There is a water dispenser at the front counter which is convenient.

All right hotel, within walking distance to major Kyoto spots, 20 min from Kyoto station. Room - as per Japanse standards, quite small and cramped.

Comfortable bedroom with friendly staff. The neighbourhood is beautiful and you have places to eat nearby. The bedroom pictures are not those ones, I don't know how to delete them

The location is good for transit and bus access. Not too far from Pontocho and in a quiet and calm neighborhood. The receptionist was very kind and let me check in a bit earlier. I arrived at the hotel completely drenched. The PJs provided were by far the most comfortable I had in my whole trip and the rooms are spacious for Kyoto standards. Comfy bed.
