Room was nice quality as well as clean. Shower was really nice too and received a welcome drink. The downstairs area also lets you listen to classic vinyls which is novel but nice. They are also eco-conscious, so have an amenities bar in reception, with some nice branded products

the hotel is quite cute. Its a great location, the staff is helpful, and overall just a nice vibe. Like most hotels in Kyoto the rooms were small, which is what we expected. There is room to put your suite case open below the bed, which is great. Just come prepared for any hotel in Kyoto to be small for western standards. But I do recommend this cute hotel

We had a great stay here! The rooms are well maintained and very nicely decorated. The staff is very helpful and accommodated our request to change our room. The location is very central and there’s easy access to the train and tourist and shopping destinations. We also liked the comfortable bar area and the hot baths. We’d definitely stay here again .

We stayed at the triple room. The room and bathroom is bigger than most. They provide generous toiletries, has a small table and stools, free bottled water everyday, 1 free drink - select beer or wine at the bar/ lounge everyday during your stay aside from the free coffee, tea and juice, convenient location - right at the heart of the Kyoto shopping district. Overall good service and value for the price.

The location is very central to tourist attractions. The reception staff was able to inform us how to take a bus to Kiyomizu dera temple and how to travel to Osaka. Room was cleaned upon request and new set of pyjamas was put in the room. Room slippers were the more lasting ones. We enjoyed sitting around the sofa lounge. The toilet was a separate cubicle and it’s glass door was opaque. The public bath was good and not over crowded. It was convenient to use the washing machines and dryer with the monitoring system in the room tv.
