“Best budget hotel I’ve ever been to”

Great facility, clean, modern, near several public transport stops. It’s a short hop to all the major attractions. Convenience and drug stores a right next to it. And there’s restaurants all around. The staff were very friendly. The heat pump in the room actually worked unlike most other hotels. The rooms are a bit small definitely only meant for one person, but I don’t travel to hang out in a hotel room.

I've been here over the last years multiple times. The rooms are great, the location is good (might be not perfect for first time tourists), you can have coffee, tea. Breakfast is included. All in all, it is, was, a good choice...

The location is the best if you want to travel the world heritage. They got all the buses to the heritage just down stairs opposite to the building.

A small breakfast of toast, soup, tea and coffee is provided for no extra cost. Very close to all transport (minutes) to trains and buses. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Great location!!! Super close to kyoto station. I stayed here because it was super close to Arashiyama and it was the best decision :) The place was really clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again!!

I liked the convenience of the location! The hotel is very close to Kyoto station as well as Enmachi station and there’s plenty of bus stops nearby to get to tourist attractions easily. I also appreciated the option of breakfast and free hot drinks throughout the day, as well as the friendly staff. The room was very clean and towels were provided each day.

Even though it is little prized for the room which we stayed, it compensates with the breakfast they provide which felt very satisfying after the stay without breakfast.
