The breakfast was excellent variety of western and Japanese selections and excellent value. The beds were very comfortable and nice sheets. The bathroom “extras” such as hair brush toothbrush/paste and face creams etc were appreciated. The heating and air in rooms perfect. The spa facilities amazing with everything you’d need and very clean. My first experience of Japanese’s public spa and I loved it.

- very close to JR train station ( Umekoji- Kyotonishi 1 stop from Kyoto station) also same train line heading to Arashiyama - very modern facilities with public bath for guests - large, spacious room( last minute booking) so we got the 2 single beds which were very comfortable - love the bath tub - staff were very helpful and friendly with all enquiries - there's a local bus from hotel to Kyoto station ¥230 pp each way ( slightly longer journey)

Room was really spacious for a family of 4. 4 comfortable beds, and still ample space to open the luggaes. Bathroom was also very spacious. There are 5 restaurants at the entrance + seven/ eleven rights outside. I also saw other restaurants and a Lawson 5 minutes walking distance away. Silent neighborhood. The metro station is literally next door. Public bath + sauna were exceptionally good.

We absolutely loved this hotel as it exceeded all our expectations ( family of four with 2 teens). Our 2 rooms were spacious , the facilities in the hotel were superb and we loved the location near to train stations , cool bakery, park restaurants and cafés nearby.

Modern, cleanliness, spacious, comfort. Quiet location, only 1 stop away from Kyoto station. It's perfect for staying somewhere without all the buzz and noise. Convenient store is less than a minute walk. There are a few restaurants just one level below the lobby if you're tired of walking and want to dine somewhere close.
