This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, the staff were really attentive and lovely. The check in process was really nice, I felt like a celebrity. We booked a standard room and it was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the amenities were also wonderful. The staff could not do enough for you, i would not hesitate to book again if I returned to Kyoto

The property is new, small and very clean. The bar was nice at night but very boring. The hotel is close to the train station. Which is the only good thing.

Fantastic hotel, and one of the nicest rooms I've ever seen. The design was so thoughtful and I loved the gigantic tiled tub and shower, it felt like a spa. Super comfy bed, not too hard and not too soft. The bar downstairs was also a highlight, felt so fancy!

Superb little boutique hotel opposite Nijo castle. Great location for getting around Kyoto. Beautiful rooms. Be aware no food ( but there is a nice bar downstairs, good tea and coffee, with fridge in room). Staff are friendly and helpful. Favourite hotel of our Japan trip.

Stayed only one night but it was amazing. The room was big, extremely clean, many amenities, quiet, comfortable and the staff was more than extraordinary. Always eager to help you. Close to the metro station. Very close to Nijo Castle.
