Everything was fine with the hotel, but our expectations were not super high, we basically just needed a place to sleep and shower which was fine. Location was good if you want to visit all the different areas in Kyoto. It was nice to have laundry in the hotel since we travel light. Breakfast was also good and we enjoyed it a lot.

The room was cozy and clean, smaller than expected, but with everything we needed. Laundry is cheap and efficient. Staff was very welcoming and nice throughout our stay

Convenient location near transit, very clean and modern room. Check-in process was easy and it was nice that room amenities like tea, soap, etc. were easy to get in the lobby.

Location was fine, just a short walk to one line and another station line opposite the hotel. Food places just a short walk and the area felt safe for a solo woman traveller. I would stay again.

Thank you for a lovely stay in your amazing city! Everything was perfect - ideal location and excellent facilities. Free use of the coffee machine in the reception area is a fantastic perk. The staff were also superb.
