Big room, good location, very comfortable beds. It is very convenient for a family. Free entrance to the lounge with a variety of drinks, beers, wines, and snacks. Laundry room. Minimart and restaurants near the hotel

Great facilities with very helpful staff and a great location with the station and shopping complex within walking distance. The complimentary snacks bar on the 9th floor was a hit with my 5-year-old.

We had the corner suite in the hideout and had a perfect stay there. The bathroom the view and the size have all been simply great ! We loved that they provided free snacks and drinks such as coffee wine and beer.

We loved the Hideout concept. It’s an annex to the Tunestay Hotel Kyoto of same address. It was literally like a secret hideaway. Beautiful apartment style junior suite with all the necessaries. A self serve club style lounge and kitchen area for raiding the larder for drinks and snacks which were included in price. Absolutely recommend this n place. Location is great too.

Hideout was amazing. We flew a long distance and arriving was reaching an Oasis. The apartments are incredibly large and it seems little expense has been spared. The location is also great - not too far from the train station but set back from the road so you have little noise. The breakfast bagels are also great.
