Holiday Home Overview

Located a 15-minute walk from Nijo Train/Subway Station, Heiankyu-dairi no yado offers traditional Machiya townhouses that can be rented as a whole. Each 2-storey townhouse features a small garden, tatami (woven-straw) seating area and Western beds. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
The guesthouse offers plenty of space to relax, which is fitted with a flat-screen TV and a low table. Fully-equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave and cooking stoves. A bathtub and free toiletries are included in the en suite bathroom.
Machiya Yamanaka Aburaten is a 15-minute walk from Nijo Castle and a 25-minute walk from Kyoto Imperial Palace. Senbon Demizu Bus Stop is just a 5-minute walk away. Guests can explore the local area using 2 bicycles that come with the property. Free parking is also available.
No meals are served.

This is a lovely traditional Japanese home that had everything that you might need! We absolutely loved our stay here, and the staff were very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

This house is a real gem loved by its owners. Everything was spotless, staff changed towels and take out litter every day. All facilities were working. It was a real pleasure to live there for four days. We could also leave our luggage longer after checking out. Highly recommend!
