“Cozy traditional house two steps away from the centre”

Good location, in a very quiet secondary road. The apartment is 20 minutes walking from the Kyoto station, and very well connected to all main attractions by busses or nearby stations. The self check-in and check-out were easy and everything clear in the instructions. The traditional room was at first quite cold (we rented it during December), however between the heating system and the heated carpet, it quickly became cozy.

Really cool old style accommodation in Kyoto. You kind of have to take the bus to go into the center of Kyoto but the bus stop it’s 1 minute away and the buses are always passing by.

very close to kyoto station, has a bus stop in less than 2 min, only cost us 800 yen for a Taxi from kyoto station if u dont want the hassle of taking buses room is old, looks shabby but definitely clean (not sure if they did it on purpose for the retro vibe?) u can drop off ur bag 1st before checking in, there was staff assisting us

Very nice and old property. the neighbourhood was very nice with a park only a couple minute walk away. the interactions with staff was very good. We asked for another mattress topper and they were put on our beds at no extra cost. would highly recommend.

Do not go there with kids. No toilet in the room. For very young people perhaps. Backpackers. Looks cozy in pics, is not.

Is a cozy traditional japanese house. It has a garden inside the house that can be observed from the kitchen and from some rooms, which was really beautiful. And our room was bigger than expected, even with a separated area for the luggage and the toilet.
