My stay was so nice and lovely. Mr. and Ms. Li are so friendly and I felt directly welcoming and like home. Mr Li gave me a cute welcoming gift and also one before I left (thank you so much!). You can use also shampoo, toothpaste, towels and more for free and he is doing night tours through the gion quarter, which is quiet near. The guesthouse is clean and you have a small kitchen area with fridge, tea, coffee and microwave.

Lovely clean guesthouse in a convenient area close to all the main areas of Kyoto! The place has a big range of free toiletries, free laundry if needed and free filtered water in the kitchen. The best part of the stay was the service provided by the owners who are really amazing people. They are very well organised giving you the best information and recommendations to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. The free night tour in the geisha area and around cherry blossoms’ trees was lot of fun! I stayed there 4 nights but I wish I could spend more time. Thank you for everything!

The beds were comfortable and clean. Mr. Li, the owner of the guesthouse went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He had excellent suggestions of where to go and what to see, and his photo gifts were such a nice touch. The night tour he runs is excellent and included in the stay. The atmosphere was so nice and friendly, and I made so many new friends during my stay here!

The owners were so nice and always open to chat. They gave me lots of really good recommendations for Kyoto and I received pictures as a gift, so lovely! All the other guests were super nice as well and we could meet an chat in the kitchen. They provide free tea and a laundry service, and plenty of hygiene products to use freely. The location allows to go sightseeing before the tourist crowds arrive.

Everything was great, the host was super friendly, told us the best places to go and directly after arriving he packed me into his car and drove me around to see his most favorite places! It was incredible. Also the host has a list hanging out what his most favorite places are and he updates that list every few days so you have the perfect experience at the perfect time. I would highly recommend everyone to stay with this wonderful family and get to know Kyoto as it's best. Thank you for everything

Everything! Lee is so nice, he makes you feel welcome and even takes you around to show you the best photo spots in the area! Their house is cozy and you have everything you need handy.
