・For safety reasons, the pool is only available to guests who are 130 cm or taller.
・We offer a Kids’ Hour from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, during which children (who are 130 cm or taller) are welcome to use the pool. Adults may also use the pool during this time, but please note that it may be a bit more lively due to the presence of children
・Outside of the 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM time frame, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 refrain from using the pool
・The use of the gym area and spa treatments is limited to individuals who are 16 years of age or older

The property is not ideally located but it was lovely and spacious internally and beautifully decorated . The lounge area and bar were great with an excellent happy hour . The rooms were spacious and modern . The beds were super comfortable and the pillows fluffy . Our stay was great because of the staff at concierge who provided us with a tour at short notice and purchased our bullet train tickets upon request . The gallery lounge was welcoming as was the manager and the bar was super cool . We had a lovely massage at the wellness centre. All in all a wonderful experience.

Amazing hotel and design. The room was close to perfection with all the comfort. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. This place felt like the closest to perfection I ever had in hotellerie. Nowadays a lot of hotel have the 5 star but they are far away from the standard of a real one. This is a real one.

The service at Dusit Thani was truly exceptional. All staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Unfortunately because we had a full itinerary of sights to see, we didn't have a chance to take advantage of the numerous activities the hotel had to offer, but they looked wonderful.
