Brand new hotel, with modern fittings. Great front desk staff who are ever willing to assist. Fantastic ammenites available at the front desk by DHC and Sekkisei, and good drip coffee. Must try try Matcha latte in the lobby. If you fancy a hot bath, the bathtub is big enough to enjoy a relaxing dip. Very near the JR and Shinkansen and Karasuma line gates and easy access to Keihan, Atsy, Porta and Isetan malls.

Directly opposite Kyoto Station in the East exit gate made it convenient to find. Easy transport everywhere being walking distance of the main station. New, clean & spacious - they also have a 7-11 store downstairs. They have a gym onsite. Very helpful staff who helped us tremendously when we accidentally checked-out a day too early!

Location was excellent, right next to Kyoto Station, 7-11 downstairs was super handy, the best bathroom I had in Japan by far as well.

Room was a great size with super comfy beds and pillows :-) Bath and the complimentary bath salts allowed us to relax after a busy day, plus the showers water pressure was fantastic! Loved having the options for towels and bath product chnages or a full room service too!

Excellent hotel very close to Kyoto station, shopping centres and food option!! Front counter staff were very helpful, even though we were checking in at midnight. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Great value for money.
