Liked the location as it was near the train station and shopping area. We just pushed our bags from the station to the hotel. Room was a good size and clean. Lobby was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the amenities that we could pick up at the lobby especially the kids amenity bag. It was also a short walk to the oldest wooden temple in Kyoto, the Higashi Hongan-ji Temple. We booked 2 rooms and they placed us conveniently next to one another so I could easily check up on my children.

Comfortable, pleasant and clean room, although small. (twin room). Easy access to Kyoto station for regular train lines and local buses - just a short walk either underground or above ground. Availability of washer-driers. Staff were polite and helpful

The location was convenient and close to Kyoto station. The beds were fine. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were amazing with replacing towels, amenities and bottled water. The front desk staff are very nice. The toilet, shower and sink area being separate is great!

Good location where you can easily access in/out Kyoto by bus, train and shinkansen. Hotel restaurant is also a Vietnamese restaurant to public so the food is diversify and delious. Most famous Vietnamese Food (name PHO) is serving here with quite good taste.
