Excellent facilities, location, and customer service. Cozy lobby, with coin laundry; with free coffee 24/7. Spacious room Bus stop going to Kyoto Station is right in front of the hotel. They have a list of nearby resstaurants to choose from. They assisted us for our luggage transfer to oir hotel in Tokyo (picked up 1 day before checkout) Wide choices for buffet breakfast. (Became full during peak hour 830-930 during our Christmas stay there but the lobby had extra space for dining to as needed) Had gifts for kids for photos from sights in Kyoto

Modern hotel approx. 1.5kms from Kyoto station. Bus stop directly outside. Staff wer friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good with lots of hot & cold options.

The service was excellent! Nice buffet breakfast. Free coffee, tea and lemon water. Laundry facilities onsite.
