Good size room, nice complementary breakfast. The location is not very close to the major sights and popular spots. It’s in quite an industrial area with limited food options.

The staff were super friendly: the first night we couldn’t sleep because of the traffic noise and they moved us from day 2 which was great. The hotel gets super busy, lots of families so it’s quite noisy at breakfast, not the fault of the hotels of course. Breakfast is quite basic, but it is complimentary so no complaints there. It’s relatively far from a station, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like walking. There’s is also not really much to do close by. There is a bus to the station that stops right in front though. But if you like being close to some action this hotel isn’t for you.

Comfortable and a reasonable amount of space. Bathroom a reasonable size. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Great breakfast. Good soundproofing. Would recommend.

Dry well equipped hotel, with comfortable rooms - not too small and great facilities for coffee/drinks and a very good breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Room was clean and nice, bathroom was great and I appretiate delicious breakfast and very pleasant and willing staff. Also the location of the hotel was good, near the city center and also train station so it wasn't necessary to use busses every day.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are bigger. Great location near Kyoto Station, local buses pick you up right outside door to take you to the station. Aeon Shopping Mall down the road, with lots of stores and a great food court. Also the Kyoto Sky Hop bus picks you up almost at the hotel, across the road. Buffet is Japanese inspired breakfast - so yummy.

Hotel room extremely comfortable. Bathroom and room spotless. Toiletries, slipped dressing gown a lovely touch. Kettle, tea coffee. Fridge for water. Could not fault anything. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location perfect, public transport close by and taxi very reasonable. Definitely recommend and come back to stay. Free coffee and water refills in the foyer. Breakfast light and refreshing not too much choice.
