Very clean and modern room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Can’t think of anything to complain about. The breakfast was a bit boring and quite small.

Walking distance to main station (for us) and some attractions. In a quiet area close to convenience stores, bus stops and cafes. Friendly helpful staff. The bathroom was large and modern.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are neat but on the smaller size. Everything is comfortable, and they provide various additional items on request. The bathroom is neat and clean, but there was no space for storage of toiletries in the bathroom. It was a very comfortable room but not a place you'd spend time relaxing in. We really enjoyed the restaurant and stopping in for happy hour.

Gorgeous vibe, nice bar, room was really spacious for luggage and the staff were nice. Lovely location a 10 minute walk from the key malls in Kyoto.
