Outstanding location near station, and the hotel was well signposted. Room was a little small but expected that in Japan. And it had all that was needed. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel but got something quick nearby

Location is a 5-minute walk to Kyoto bus terminal, subway, and JR Kyoto stations. JR Kyoto Isetan and Tokyo Tower are also clise by. 0The hotel has affordable laundry facilities and a microwave and free VOD. Good water pressure from shower and good quality shower products.

Great location by the station, bus terminus and taxi rank. Ideal base from which to tour Kyoto sights. Staff were especially helpful when I left my camera in a taxi, rang round all the companies to no avail then recommended I visit the local police station who had it in lost property at the main station out of town - result!

Very convenient location, though it was a bit of a challenge finding the right exit from Kyoto Station to the hotel. We took a bit of a longer walking route which took 10 mins. But there are taxis readily available. The water pressure on the shower was a big bonus too. Staff were friendly and able to accommodate early check in, for a fee. They also hold your luggage for you in case you can’t check in early.

The hotel was in a great location, only a short walk to Kyoto Station and many convenience stores nearby. The room was good and what we expected for the money paid. Under bed luggage storage was an excellent idea included in the hotel room. Very clean room and plenty of amenities. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.
