The rooms were well-sized and beautifully designed and styled. The staff were very accommodating to our family - we travelled with a 1.5yo at the time. They even made our daughter a special kids' pasta in the restaurant. Felt very welcoming We didn't get to hire the bikes but it was a great touch. Would 100% travel there again.

First time was our honeymoon, 2nd time brought my in-laws, they loved it as well. Super great, good to be back at Ace, service and breakfast wow, my mom in law forgot something, contacted Ace, they’ve replied super quick.

Extremely spacious rooms, especially by Japanese Standards. Large well appointed bathroom. Airy feeling, great corridors which were wide and had lot of natural light coming in. One of the best design hotels. I loved it.
