Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views of the Loch Good selection of food for breakfast. Ate in the pub in the evening which was also very good.

Exceptional location, service and comfort. An excellent place to stay, meal at the Hotel/Lodge, was very good as well. Breakfast, too, was very good. A very enjoyable stay.

Booking.com web page messed up the booking by putting the booking as only 1 person. In reality it was 2 people & 2 dogs. Given this hiccup they were very helpful, showed us to our room, booked us in for dinner and answered all other questions we had. Staff at dinner were the same. Just as helpful, given that we were sat next to what seemed to be a drunken shoeless walker, we had an excellent meal and drinks. Breakfast set us both up for the day again staff and food were good with plenty of choice.
