Very kind and good staffs. Ameen from the reception was the first face we saw and did represent this hotel very well. he was very helpful and supportive and make our check in process go very smoothly. Also thank to Sajid for your service. The hotel itself has a very relaxing atmosphere with its lobby connected to the mall. Our Room was comfortable and when we needed to heat our food they actually offered to bring a microwave ! that has never happened to us before and was a very nice touch from the staff. We had our breakfast in the room and the food was extremely delicious with reasonable prices. their dedication towards their customers is unmatched !

We loved the service. We loved the spacious room. We loved the breakfast. We loved that it was connected to the mall. We loved that there were plugs everywhere to make it easy to plug in our technology. Overall it was a very delightful stay and we will definitely be staying there again in the near future.
