If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel.To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at the Welcome Center of Niseko Mountain Resort Gran Hirafu Ski Resort.Bed linen will be changed every 2 days. Towels will not be changed. New towels are available at extra cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Staff were amazing, property was clean and tidy. Shuttle stop is right out front and there is a chair lift that’s a 3-5 min walk away

Ika and her family were the best hosts I’ve ever had at any accomodation! There was a problem with the booked room’s door and without hesitation, we were upgraded at no extra cost for the entire duration of our stay. It was great getting to know the family during dinners in the communal dining area, and we were even offered a lift back to the welcome centre for our bus back to the airport. The location is also unbelievable - about a 10 minute walk to either the King or Ace gondola, and smack-bang in the centre of restaurants and food trucks. Definitely try the Hokkaido seafood soup curry that is literally right next door - one of the best things I had in Japan.
