The bed was by far the comfiest we had in Hokkaido. Onsen is a must post skiing. Location was perfect as could walk up in not time and be on the slopes. We had dinner there one night and it was outstanding.

Location close to gondola bases, convenience store, restaurants/cafes. On-site ski concierge with all equipment/clothing hire at a competitive price. Front office and housekeeping staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Onsen was excellent. 2 bedroom apartment with Mt Yotei views was so comfortable, clean and spacious, with plenty of storage and the biggest king bed we’ve ever seen! Coffee pod machine in the room was a lifesaver, coffee was delicious. Welcome fruit platter.

Excellent location. Easy walk to everything. Wonderful shuttle service. Very convenient & easy ski concierge. As a family of 6 we were very comfortable across 2 rooms.

Everything you need for a ski holiday is there. The ski concierge staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The shuttle makes reaching the ski lift super easy. The onsen inside the hotel is really nice. The staff are super nice.

I love the location, our room with the view of Hirafu Mountain. Also, the free breakfast is phenomenal and there is a complementary pick-up from the train station but need to be reserved beforehand. I love the onsen too and the homemade apple cider vinegar in bar/reception during winter. There is also a ski-rental/ski-lesson/ski-locker booking inside the hotel. So it is convenient to store/return the equipments easily after usage.

Perfect location, ski in and out near Grand Hirafu. Right next to Arabica coffee, shops, across the street of famous Cheese tart. Hotel provides free shuttle to Hirafu welcome centre & Kutchan station. Prior to arrival they were very helpful to answer my queries. Excellent service. Breakfast was good.

I like the style of the hotel. The rooms are cozy, stylish, spacious and comfort. The staffs were very friendly and super helpful to attend to my little problem with room temperature. The hotel was very responsive. Provided detailed information about transportation, restaurant booking way before my arrival time. It's not a big hotel, so is the restaurant. It was quite crowded in the morning. But breakfast was excellent.

We had a very comfortable stay in Chalet Ivy. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We will definitely come back here when were in niseko.
