Perfect price/value accommodation. Full kitchen, apartment, cleanliness. Smaller mistakes are possible at a 5-star hotel, but here they are insignificant. The four beds vary in hardness: for me, the outer part of the double bed was already very soft. Mishka is a great host, he also arranged the very early morning airport transfer, thank you! The accommodation is in a great location, a few minutes from the central square, shops, etc. A few meters away is a food bar with a rich selection - a neighborhood favorite. And across the street is the Agerali restaurant: Nr. One is Adrarian (!) khatchapuri. The draft beer is cold. What else do you need?

This was our second stay at this property. We extended our stay from 2 days to 3 and would have extended longer. The owner is so nice. When we finally left we forgot our charger in the apartment. He searched for it and found it and even suggested that he stop by with his car to deliver the charger. Truly a kind person and a kind family.

Very hospitable and helpful owner. The contact was very good. I really very much appreciate taking us from the airport despite our flight was very late. I recommend this place. It is located close to the green bazaar, white bridge and city centre.

There are a lot of facilities in the apartment. You have your own bathroom and kitchen and a very big bedroom. Additionally, the owner allows you to park a car in front of the house. Location is in the city centre, close to the shops and cafes.
