I really want to give1000 score to this guesthouse. You cannot say it's a hotel, but it's even better than a five star hotel! Their whole family lives in the house with a great garden. It locates on the top of the mountain with the view over the whole city. The room is super super super clean because it's their own house, and i think it's just finished new modifications.The host has his other occupation, so he's having this guesthouse with two rooms on second floor to welcome guests and meet more people. We talked a lot about our countries and other topics and exchanged gifts. I don't know if I'm gonna be in this country in the future but hopefully we can meet again someday!

The location of Jays is literally on the top of Kutaisi and could not get any better. Whether you’re an early bird or night owl you’ll enjoy the magnificent view to Bagrati cathedral and the mountains surrounding the city. The rooms are well furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very friendly and made sure I have everything I need for my stay. Thank you Jays and see you another time!

Nodar and his wife were excellent hosts who were available for all of our questions and furthermore gave us great advice for our trip to Georgia. The accommodation was one of the best we had throughout our trip. It was very clean and new with a stunning view. Thank you very much!!
