The host truly embodies Georgian hospitality. While much has already been said about the excellent location, comfortable accommodation, and overall convenience—I can confirm all of it. However, what truly sets this place apart is the unique opportunity to experience a significant part of Georgian culture through your stay. Super nice host, we got melon and house wine when we arrived. There is always coffee and tea available. The room and bathroom was clean. Great location!!

Spacious comfortable room in old style, all really clean. The host was kinda sad that we just stayed only one night. Brought us some wine and cakes. Nice hospitality and also perfect location. Quiet and easy parking in front of the building. She led us in the room 3 hours before check in as we arrived that early!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Kristina and Nina made me feel welcome in their home, and I sampled some home made wine and Georgian bread. Everything was clean and tidy. Right near the centre, but in a quiet street.

The host was incredibly nice and very helpful when we asked any questions. Her place was very comfortable and in a very nice part of the city. The bed was great and the AC and wifi worked well

The guesthouse is very close to the colchis fountain, i.e the centre. Cristina and her family were amazing, friendly and available for any of my requests. Thank you so much 😍

Firstly, thank you Kristina for making our stay worthwhile. House 1899 was such a lovely place to stay. The location was pretty near to the centre, all our needs were just around its corner. Kristina also shared her home made chacha and wine which was absolutely strong but surely good. She even let us stay a bit longer than the usual check out time which was very considerate knowing that we are having a late flight. Kutaisi is a worthy and a must place to visit when you are in Georgia. And Kristina's place is a great place to stay when you are in Kutaisi. Thank you and see you next time 🙂🩷
